ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Develop an OCM Strategy with identified milestones and responsible organization Create and execute a comprehensive (internal Program and external stakeholder) Communication Strategy and Plan Create Marketing/Branding Material Develop Video Awareness Campaign Researching client and all the administrations to gain an understanding of the organizational structure and operations of each area; Meeting with administration stakeholders to facilitate the identification of Change Champions; Developing and implement the Change Agent Readiness Assessment, as well as compiling and analyzing the results; Reviewing readiness assessment results to identify risks and developing a coaching plan that offsets any identified risks; Creating materials and aides to assist with Change Agent coaching; Ongoing reviewing of the Change Network Evaluation results, and the revising coaching and action plan accordingly; and Identifying any Government resources needed for developing all associated Deliverables for this key area. Perform engagement management responsibilities, including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality review and client management. Meet or exceed sales targets for new and follow-on work. Manage business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials. Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization). Act as performance manager (coach) for up to four coachees outside of engagement responsibilities. Interview campus and/or experienced candidates.
Experience with organizational change management activities w/ diverse organizations with varying missions 5 years developing and providing internal program communications for a large complex ERP implementation Experience developing external communications for large complex cabinet level ERP implementations Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field. Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees. U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required. Travel may be required. Coach and mentor junior staff members. Ability to work overtime required on occasion. Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally. Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements. Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
