ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Responsible for support and performance management of multiple projects and directly support the engagement partners and leadership, as well as collaborate with respective Internal Client Services (ICS) business partners. This candidate will also be required to frequently communicate with client points of contact. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in engagement management concepts and have familiarity with government contracting. They will be a competent, self-sufficient, and able to manage multiple project areas, such as contracts, financials, and security. A successful individual will have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Must also be able to build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have strong communication skills in order to brief engagement leadership and correspond directly with client points of contact, to educate project teams on policies and procedures, and to work with ICS business partners to accomplish tasks in a timely manner. Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization). Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.

Contract management support Participate / lead monthly status meeting with client Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Grant Thornton Contract Program Manager, and Grant Thornton Contracts Manager to review status of contract and all task orders Facilitate bi-weekly meetings with task order leads to review staffing changes, staffing needs, funding status, Period of Performance (PoP) status, etc. Continuously monitor status, funding, and period of performance for all task orders and escalate as needed to COR Monitor execution of parent contract option years and issue contract modifications to subcontractors Maintain individual Non-Disclosure Agreements as needed for specialized system access Respond to data calls and inquiries from COR Financial management Collect and consolidate forecasts for each personnel across multiple task orders and evaluate budget impact on a monthly basis Report on burn rate and remaining funding across task orders Resource management support Maintain staff roster for all personnel across all active task orders Make regular updates as staff roll on and off task orders, move locations, and obtain PIV cards, RSA token, and new laptops or other GFE Submit staff roster to COR on a monthly basis and respond to inquiries on staffing status Coordinate on-site seating moves and phone reassignments Track and coordinate off-site seating assignments and team rooms Coordinate onboarding Submit requisitions for new/backfill positions Interface with Grant Thornton Facility Security Officer to collect PII for new onboards Interface with task order manager to determine seating and laptop assignments and request phone number setup Submit onboarding forms to COR and coordinate badging/account pickup Maintain team onboarding guide Process subcontractor onboarding paperwork Submit requests for account reactivations Process offboarding Provide advance and day-of notice to COR of all offboards Complete offboarding checklist required by COR Physically collect and return badges/fobs to the COR Serve as the point of contact for time & expense system (Deltek) inquiries 3 years of experience in the areas of project management or business management operations Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing Strong analytical background and Excel skills Experience working effectively across internal and external organizations Familiarity with government contracting Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field. Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees. U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required. Travel may be required. Ability to work overtime required on occasion. Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally. Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements. Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
