Please Note: This role is located in Quantico, VA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: * Act in place of the project manager when they are not available and works in concert with him/her throughout. * Provides daily interface with client management and technical personnel. * Supports and guides the team for executing the data warehouse development strategy and managing much of the team’s daily technical activities. * With the program manager and engagement PPMD, monitors and validates the team’s completion of projects within estimated time frames and budget constraints, coordinates parties’ efforts on tasks, and reviews work products for completeness and adherence to applicable regulations and customer requirements. * Reviews technical products and provides recommendations regarding best practices and requirements. * Provides direct support to technical and operational activities. * Alerts key personnel of operational problems and suggest potential solutions or methods for collecting additional information. * Assists in the development of technical and operational documents and plans. * Assists in the implementation of technical and operational activities. * Responsible for reviewing the work of data modelers, systems analysts, data warehouse architects, etc. with an eye for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and productivity. * Perform engagement management responsibilities, including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality review and client management. * Meet or exceed sales targets for new and follow-on work. * Manage business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials. * Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization). * Act as performance manager (coach) for up to four coachees outside of engagement responsibilities. * Interview campus and/or experienced candidates.
- NACI clearance required.
- Project management-lead and provide technical direction to IT/Enterprise Architecture related projects.

- Logical data modeling
- Physical data modeling
- Data warehousing
- Oracle, SQL Server
- Informatica PowerCenter
- Agile Scrum development
- Data analysis
- Outstanding communication and presence in front of senior level customers
- Workshop and interviews
- Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
- U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
- Travel may be required.
- Coach and mentor junior staff members.
- Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
- Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
- Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
